CVS has an Awesome new in-store printable coupon available that will make for some sweet deals! Just go to CVS.com and take the ReadyFill Health IQ Quiz. You will see a rotating banner image in the center that you'll need to click on to take the quiz. The quiz is just 5 questions total and you do not have to answer all of them correctly. After completion, you'll be able to print a $5 off $25 in-store purchase coupon!
