Okay, this was just too funny my hubby and I were watching the news the other night and they stated that Ohio is the most FRUGAL state in the country! It then showed people using coupons at the grocery store and asking them how they saved money! We just laughed as we never go to the grocery store without a coupon! My hubby was hoping that he wasn't going to be in the background sorting through the coupons I had given him! :c)
