Ingredients:
11 1/2 oz can of pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 t. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions: Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil and water and mix well. Combine all dry ingredients and then mix with the pumpkin mixture (I like to throw my walnuts in with the dry ingredients, apparently it helps them from sinking to the bottom if they're covered in flour...who knows!) Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degress for 1 hour or so (I baked mine about 45 minutes so you may want to check it a little early)
Cool and if you'd like you can top with a glaze (1 c. powdered sugar and 1 Tbsp milk)
