Hi Sara...I love questions...and it actually takes a little while to get the hang of both CVS and Walgreens. (but trust me, it's well worth it!)
At Walgreens you will receive a Register Reward after you pay. It's from a coupon printer machine called a Catalina machine. Therefore, this will be used for your next purchase! (many times you cannot use the register reward on the exact same item as a new one won't print, but you can use it on any other item) Here's a link that explains a little more about Walgreens.
