CVS: spent $6.01 received $10 for my next order. Profit $3.99!

I need to get back to taking pictures and posting about my trips.  Those are the fun posts aren't they as it shows you how you can do the same thing! 

I ran to CVS today and purchase all of the above for $6.01 and I received $10 back in Extra Bucks for a $3.99 moneymaker!
